Where are the 1.4.3 updates?

We're all done with XenBase bug/feature wise, I'm about half way done with the styles, should finish the rest by tomorrow.

It seems only XenBase is out of date. Everything else isn't showing up as out dated.

Yes, and you technically can use the merge feature if you want too. But just because we finished XenBase doesn't mean the things we implement aren't fully done. We're going through each style making sure it's compatible fully with the xengallery as well since it's an official product now.
