I thought it never looked like this before from when I last used it last year. Edit, Report, Like, Reply etc buttons are missing or should it be like that?

Those links are at the bottom of each post in the grey bar? Reply/quote/like on the right side or am I missing something here.

I've always used this style with the layout. Never had the problem you see in the grey, shouldn't it be buttons?

I'm really confused to be honest, I thought you thought you were missing reply/quote/like which are clearly located in the bar, what is the problem?

I think he want to have "Buttons" and not only Text.
