Implemented Add rel="noopener" to social icons (template: xb_social_icons), copyright (template: PAGE_CONTAINER)

XenForo has made changes to its footer copyright link, adding the attribute rel="noopener" (ref). I think it would be a good idea to also apply this change to all of the XenBase social icon external URLs in XF2.2 Pixel Exit styles.

You may also want to add this attribute to the Pixel Exit copyright link in PAGE_CONTAINER.
