I've purchased both Fusion Gamer and Splash and I love the Advanced Footer in Splash anyway I could use it with Fusion Gamer also through extra css?

Not a simple task to be honest, because splash has the framework on it, the footer is hard-coded with style properties specific to xenbase.
You could open the footer template, find the advanced footer html, copy it + the css and port it over to fusion gamer.
You'll also have to remove the style properties in the html.
