Alert on ticket assigned

    Would it be possible to generate an Alert / Email to let someone know when a ticket has been assigned?

    Actually, any form of alerting, as it looks like nothing has been implemented so far (reply to ticket, new ticket creation etc).

    Alerts are present in the next version. Currently just adding them on to different actions.
