Anchor links question

Hi Russ.

Just with a similar question with core theme on xenforo's forum, I tried applying the same on this theme and found it didn't seem to work. However this was on latest Chrome browser, so I tried Opera and Firefox and it seemed to work ok. So I'm not sure if maybe it's this chrome bug? Other than that the core theme works well in chrome using the Anchor Link Adjustment, not so much luck with fragzone I'm afraid.

actually, forget that bug, it's not the same... this is just the header not seeming to bump up for this theme, in chrome.

I'll take a look tomorrow, possibly Monday.

The anchor link adjustment to be frank was a dirty fix itself, there's not an easy way to accomplish it.
