Fixed Apply role="button" to 'Change width' a element? (To keep lighthouse happy)

Hey there,

I've noticed that Lighthouse in Chrome's dev tools takes away SEO points due to the Change width <a> element in the footer area. The reason is 'Links are not crawlable'. For my case, adding role="button" bumped the SEO score up to a perfect 100 .

I've applied a fix for this on our next update. It also applies to the sidebar collapse if you have that enabled.
