Auto mail fail bug ..

Hello all ,

i want to know if someone have an idea how i can fix the debug mail ... my forum send anything since i finish my new style .. (doesn't send confirmation mail, verification , forgot pass, .... )

if someone can help me to fix this , i will be happy
