Hello,
We're coming around full circle now, only to face the adjustments we made before really having a grasp of XF. One of those adjustments is the background color of the Avatar. Tried adjusting both default and XB Message Layout > Avatar > Background, but neither of those make a difference. Simply can't recall how we changed it last time. Where do you recommend trying next?
