Blank sprite / link area

Hi,

I have a blank field in the toolbar and I am unsure if it's theme related or add-on related, so I am starting here.
It's for Xen gallery which is the latest version.

Please see the image and when I hove the title text is;
'Xen Media Gallery BB Code'

Seems this has crept up again but only this time the css snippet doesn't work...

Interesting, I don't think the class has changed at all. Do you have anything else in your extra.css by chance?

No nothing, only this.. that was all that was needed.
This is for the bb code for the gallery and I have nothing else added in the extra.css as this is all I needed.
