Not Planned boxed cookie notice

When Forum style set is Boxed but cookie notice are not boxed, Please add support boxed cookie notice.

I don't think we'll do this out of box, as a notice of this importance should span 100%.

but it's easy if you want to adjust on your own: extra.less:

The templates are not actually outdated, for whatever reason the versioning didn’t update so they just show outdated. That being said yes we’re releasing a patch.

When you are give this Outdated templates fix? This is now long time.

Unfortunately, I was sort of hoping for a bug to be resolved:

Even if I push an update out many folks will still have outdated templates at the moment.
