Solved Ticket brand free instructions?

Sorry I've fixed your account, showed you had access to the product but you weren't promoted to the "customer" usergroup.

It's a manual fix go into your Appearance -> Templates -> footer (under Core)

Find this:

      <div id="copyright">{xen:phrase xenforo_copyright} | <a href="http://pixelexit.com">Style by pixelExit.com</a></div>

Replace with this:

      <div id="copyright">{xen:phrase xenforo_copyright}</div>

Actually I found the pixelexit "Style by" twice in the footer. Only after removing it from the location near the top of the footer template did it remove the style link and credit.

This was at line 15

    <p><a href="http://pixelexit.com">Style by pixelExit.com</a></p>

While the other one as you described above is at line 75.

I thought I responded to this thread , just a heads up one is for the default footer, one is the for advanced footer it comes with. Glad it's sorted, marking as resolved.
