Casual - Missing mouseover node descriptions

I just noticed today that with Casual on 1.3.1 that hovering over the forum nodes that the description popups don't appear.

For example, hovering over the "Demo Board News" doesn't display "All news regarding the demo board will be posted here" which is the description when viewing that forum.

Not sure if @Russ intended for it to that way or not. The options were turned off in the properties. I'm sure Russ will check his localhost to confirm.
