Tickets Category Related Information Widgets

    To be able to process member related tickets, the staff needs certain information.

    For example if you have a category about registration problems, then the staff member will need to search for related account data like email, usergroup, account state, specific user fields, spam protection, etc.

    If you have a category about user upgrades then you would need to have some details about the users most recent account upgrades, expiry, etc.

    If you have a category about warnings and bans then you would need some details abut reason, date, etc.

    It would save a lot of time if we could configure a widget for a specific category to display such content in the sidebar.
