Core - move message controls to bottom of message

In Core how do I move the message controls (like, report, edit, author, date posted, etc) to the bottom of the message box like on this forum? Mine appears immediately under the message text.

messageContent in the ACP

Make sure you're on your style and increase the min-height in the misc box. Ours is 193px but this is kind of picky on normal forums because depending on how long the user box is, or if a user has a signature it can make the results different.
