Custom Sidebar

Hey, I just purchased Frag Zone, and I have to say it is pretty freakin sweet.

I was just wondering though cause I can't for the life of me figure it out, how do I add a custom section in the "Sidebar"?

Best method would be to use the Widget Framework, we use it to handle all of our sidebars on any page .
