Custom User Fields

I am trying to edit my custom user fields that were imported from Vbulletin, but i am missing the option in the control panel. USERS>User customization>custom user fields.
Could this be something with the theme, or maybe a core Xenforo installation problem. All i have is trophies and trophy user titles in that section.

Sorted this one. I needed to make myself superadmin in config.php to see it in the menu.
