Disable Sub-Navigation option

Hello!

Using Core Dark, when I disable the Sub Navigation menu (Style Properties: [XB] Header and Navigation > Disable Sub-Navigation), I'm wondering if it would be possible to keep a thin (4px I believe) blue bar where the current sub-navigation menu is so that there is one of these thin blue bars both above and below the main header logo area.

The current behaviour is this:

And I would like to change it to this:

If at all possible I'd like this tied to the option of enabling or disabling the sub-navigation to make switching easier.

Try going to style properties -> Header and Navigation -> Nav Tabs, set the bottom border there
