Do I ignore Template Changes after Xenforo Upgrade?

I just upgraded to Xenforo 1.5.12 and it is identifying out of date css templates in pixelexit themes. Should I ignore these changes and wait until you guys release theme updates?

Sorrry if the question is obvious but I just migrated to Xenforo.

We're pushing out updates to address the outdated templates. You can safely ignore them for now, just put up with the annoying message a little longer .

Those specific templates yes. Basically they show as outdated because we have them customized in our framework. It's essentially telling you "hey there's a newer version than what you're running". When we send out the update the template will show as up-to-date with XenForo.
