Hi there,

Since we've set the global styling of dropdown tabs to do essentially nothing when hovered over, like so:

...can you please tell me what is the best way to go about matching that styling to other areas, without then reversing the effects of the user bar styling? We would like the same styling here for example:

The only change that should occur is the chevron adjusting accordingly.

Thank you

I'd go here:

Style Properties: Popup Menus

Popup Control Open, just remove the background/text colors. You may want to do the same for the property right above (Popup Control (closed,hover)

Thank you. Doing that does fix the later image, but the userbar area now does this to an active link:

Also, about that later image, I noticed while testing that the little menu lacks styling (border,shadow) when opened above the link rather than below it. Are their settings that cater to to the menu for this situation?

Russ,
1) Can you please help us with this visitor bar link styling? So far we have:
Code:
#moderatorBar .navTab .navLink:hover {
background-color: #414042 !important;
}
This prevents the background from changing upon hover, but the white links still disappear. What we want to happen is, nothing. Just those links remaining the same whether hover, active, etc.

2) What say you about the little menu border/shadow question in the previous post?

3) Not hearing back from Nix, can you please give us an ETA on the one Addon. The other is not necessary if he's pinched for time.

Thank you

...and while we're up there, can you please tell us how to adjust the width of the red alert balloon? Tried searching for it in the settings but cannot find anything that allows for changing the width. Although the terms top bar, user bar, navigation bar, and moderator bar all seem to be referring to the same area, but in different states, so I could have missed it.

Thanks

@Russ Hey Russ, we're in a bad way. We need a few random questions answered. Instead of creating Tickets for them, can we please connect with you via Skype, to just blast them out one by one? Elaborations not needed, just quick answers/code. How much would you charge for that? Should take 15 or 20 minutes?

Just add me: pixelexit on there, I've bumped nix to see what's going on.

Ideally an account will help me debug these issues far faster, the threadtools by default has some shadow on there so something else may be interfering.

Great, thank you. That thread tools menu is the same way at the FlatAwesome+ level:
