Rephrasing question. I want to change the default image and text of the welcome block. Do I need to follow all the steps of this or there is a simple way to change the image and text from ACP style properties (like changing site logo)?

Ok, I managed to change the image , but how to change the text? It cannot be that hard !

Have a look into the code of the resource, the opacity is included in the background color. 0, 0, 0, 0.20
