So my Enable Node Title Colors isn't working? I have it checked off, but after update all my node colors reverted to standard, and I can't change them to anything else. They just stay @ standard color.

Heh, it was actually a change I made to the setup but the properties for those were edited in a child of XenBase and not XenBase itself like it should have been :p

My little Style notice modification wasn't installed so it slipped through that I was't editing the right style lol.

Have the same issue but mine's a custom jobber. ;) The title color for the category strip isn't changing but I'll ask that later. I was curious while we're on the topic here if you can make more than one node use the same color. I tried to use a comma for multiple nodes but that didn't work - and it might not be intended to work this way... but it would be cool if it could. :)

OK - I noticed something, might be something might not:

nodeList .node_21 .categoryStrip { background-color: rgb(98, 151, 13);

That is the custom -- however... that is being covered by:

.nodeList .categoryStrip { background:#123456; }

The category strip needs to replace background. When I remove it I can see the custom colors (but then all the other category strips are gone, of course.)

With style properties we're a little limited to be honest. It would have to go either a full blown add-on to add more functionality or just use custom CSS. Depending on how many nodes you're using it on you can just use another slot for the same color. Past the initial amount of customizations we offer on it though it would just require some manual CSS.

Thanks for the response! This is exactly what I wanted to do. 5 or 6 colors is probably plenty for almost any forum (more and it would look beyond ridiculous, lol.) A suggestion would be to be able to assign the same color to several nodes in the control panel, if ever possible. But this is really neat if you are going to use it.

Just tested it - works beautifully with Zipped and just not with the custom ones, which it may not have been designed for such use.... yet. :) I'm sure anyone using a XenBase theme will love this.
