The logo is floated left by default, I don't think there's a nice/clean way of centering it.

You can set the path:

Style Properties -> Header and Navigation -> Mobile Logo Path

Or remove the image path to disable the mobile logo

I'm sorry I don't quite understand. Your screenshot the logo is not centered, it's placed next to the recent posts link.
