[FA+] Is there away to get Page title in breadcrumb?

I would like to add the page title to the breadcrumb, without adding the link to the nav bar, is it possible?

So page title you mean your sites name or literally the entire page title?

For instance on this thread the page title is the thread name followed by our site name. So you want that showing next to, in our case: Home -> Forums -> Pixel Exit Styles -> Customer Support?

More of the page name itself, for example let say I got a page with the title: ThisIsAPage, in the breadcrumb, I would like.

Home -> ThisIsAPage
