Fixed background image

Is there an easy method from the Bolt theme to put a fixed background such as https://thedivisionforums.com?

Any suggestions otherwise?

Edit: Just needed to add "background-attachment: fixed;" to the page setup background section.

Sorry for the delay, your post got caught in our moderation queue. Yep! That will work. You can upload your background image under: Style properties -> Page setup -> Page background, then put the CSS in the Extra box under that property.
