Did you get this sorted by chance? On your site it's showing fine for me at the moment.
This can happen depending on a few things, sometimes ads in the header or other things that push the nav down but not the content. It does this because XenForo loads the header at the bottom of the page in the source code then uses CSS to move it up.
You can change this behavior and potentially fix your issue:
Style Properties -> [XB] Header and Navigation -> Remove HeaderProxy (check this)
