Hi yes I used that link. The footer is our own custom html/css which is not phrased, you'll need to edit that however it's easy:

Logo yes you can put it in the default XF position if you want via a style property.

The other phrases that resource just hasn't been updated in awhile so it could be missing a few default phrases.
