Help with editing existing navtabs

Hello

I bought frag zone for a couple of weeks ago and still trying to solve some puzzles.
I have added xenatando to my site and want to have a nav image over the event tab.
Trying to make it linear to the other buttons. But i cannot find a solution.

Is there anyway i can have a image/icon for the new navtab and make it transparent, so it will be linear?
