How to change Quick Reply Background Color?

Back with another question (will probably make a list for my next questions lol). How do we go about changing the background color for Quick Reply? I search quite a bit and haven't found it and assumed its more of a extra.css kind of thing?

Hello, if you head to: Style properties -> Rich text editor, you can adjust the editor there.
