Individual Boxed for extra info

Please can you let me know that how can set Boxed or Individual Boxed for extra info? I am using @DragonByte Tech Shop add-on for Gift icon.

Default custom fields come boxed with the option checked:

I'll need to see that message bit live to help, they probably added custom CSS to make the icons like that.
