Is there a switch to turn off the title on homepage?

Is there a theme setting where I can turn off this title that says "Pixel Exit XF2 Demo"?

To remove just the title, it's the third bit of CSS.

Thanks @Russ, it does hide it but it leaves an empty space instead.
How can I remove it and move the forum list little higher in it's place?

That's because of the buttons on the right. You'll need to remove those as well (first bit of CSS on that link).

I was reading further, will removing the code or putting them inside those xf comments tag keep the buttons and move the forum list up?

I know you can remove both CTA on the forum list "New Post" and "Post thread" by editing a template, but I would like to know if there is a switch somewhere inside Style Properties to hide them. Thank you

Unfortunately, the title + buttons are on the same row above the forum list content. There isn't a way to move up the content remove that blank space without hiding both the buttons and title. Even though the buttons show above the sidebar, that entire row is above the sidebar and content.
