Same thing here, when I click on the costumer tab, I still only see the "purchase" button when I bough Core and the branding removal. Any clue?

You will have to have the purchase added to your account by one of the staff members. That's what they had to do with my purchase. Shouldn't take long.

I don't seem to have a customer tab at all....

following the above link takes me to an error page,
"No account upgrades can be purchased at this time. Please check back later."
