You may have already been told this but....

Before I made a purchase I was able to submit a support ticket. You may have left the permissions untouched, but I'm guessing you'd prefer only people in the customer usergroup to be able to do so.

Hey oman, actually this is as designed, we allow tickets for pre-sale questions too .

We can tell though if someone hasn't purchased a style.
