Linked text Colours

Im sorry if this seems pretty simple but ive been looking all over the zipped templates either im a little blind or its not in templates but how do i change the links colours... as when someone adds a link into text it blends it a little too well and you wouldnt even notice it was there unless your mouse accidently ran over it... how do i change the colour for it?

I like the looks of: #CB0000

It's a darker red.
