Certainly possible to stretch wider but the height will increase as well.
If you make it only wider than it will be distorted:

I search solution to modify template : header.css or extra.css, but no résultat off this moment but i search ...

Let me know that how wide would you like it in pixels, I'll enlarge it to that size.
Your business will be to chop off the top or/and bottom of the image.

I would approach this slightly different than how you have it currently.

If you have the photoshop file, I'd save this as 2 different images, one being the orange line with only your text/logos/description/country ect, the other being just the nature background with nothing on there. This will allow it to show far better in responsive and would be easier to work with.

Once saved as 2 images:
Style Properties -. Header and Navigation -> Header Logo Path: logo path to the orange outlined with your text/symbols

Then:

Style Properties -> [XB] Header and Navigation -> LogoBlock PAGECONTENT
Set the background image to the nature image.
