Solved Ticket Main section bg color

Hello,

Is there any common for all pages template that I can edit to make the background color white and add 25px padding? See attached screenshot to understand which part I mean.

Perfect should be to keep h1 as is. But if its not possible to have the white block below is ok to have even h1 inside the white background.

Maybe if I modify PAGE_CONTAINER should be ok?
