Modernized Layout - where did it go?

Hello,

I upgraded my style to 1.4.5 today, and I noticed that the option to use the Modernized Layout seems to have disappeared. I wasn't sure where it went or how I could re-enable it for use on my forums (I have been manually re-customizing my styles in the proper way, which is why I noticed it and why it may have disappeared on me).

Any ideas on how to re-enable this?

We needed more room for the message layouts so they got moved/re-organized:
