More pagination options

Is it possible to add
Logarithmic Pagination
or
Ghostblock Pagination

I have some forums with 1000+ pages and the first,last, neighbors is not good enough for SEO

Looking at it, I don't think this would be possible at a style-level. It would require programming changes to happen (an add-on or default XF functionality change).
