Tickets Most Critical Tickets in sidebar (for staff)

    Please add a sidebar widget (and preferably a widget system renderer as well) to display X tickets with the highest priority.

    Making the most critical tickets clearly visible in the helpdesk will help staff addressing these quicker. Especially if we can place a widget anywhere.

    The widget would display tickets with the status 'open' from any category that the staff member is assigned to, sorted by:
    1. priority
    2. date (old to new)
