Outdated Template after Upgrade (Flat Awesome)

Hello all. First post here.

Background: I'm using Flat Awesome as the parent and a customized version of "Zipped Alternate" (just colors primarily) as my default.

Issue: I just upgraded my test install to Xenforo 2.2.1 and subsequently imported Flat Awesome 2.2.1 to overwrite 2.1.1. I had a message that there were outdated templates so I had a look and found thread_ view there. See image below.

Have I missed doing something?

Hello, we no longer customize thread_view so they may be from edits you've made. You can try clicking the merge button to merge the templates.

Additionally, if you click inside the template at the bottom you can click "View custom changes". That will show you any edits you may need to copy, revert and then re-apply.

If you want, I can take a closer look with a login, just submit a ticket.

Thanks Russ. The only customization I did was to colors throughout the Zipped Alternate Style Properties and to the top border width in the Nav Row.

You should be safe to revert that template then. I suggest usually exporting your style before that just to have a backup.

When exporting, do not check the box that says "export as independent style".

Thanks Russ. I used revert and the ACP reports that there are now no outdated templates.

Everything seems to be functioning OK.

Any idea why this would occur during simultaneous to upgrade to Xenforo 2.2.1 and Flat Awesome 2.2.1?

Not entirely sure. The thread_view template isn't customized on Zipped. I've seen it where some templates show as outdated even though they have zero custom changes, it's very strange. I haven't been able to successfully replicate it.

If you backed up your Zipped style before reverting, you can always send it to me in a ticket and I can take a look to see why it may have shown as outdated.
