Tickets Overdue ticket indicator & navlink

    Please add a secondary navigation link to overdue tickets so that these can be handled first.

    Please also add an indicator to show that a ticket is overdue. For example FA-hourglass-half

    And of course a definition what an overdue ticket is.
    Overdue tickets: X days after last response.

    @Alfa1, how would you want staff to be alerted to overdue tickets? Currently, the moderator bar is used to display assigned tickets and total tickets.

    What I was describing is to add a 'Overdue Tickets' link to .blockLinksList

    Alerting staff about overdue tickets could be done by Alerts: '3 Tickets are overdue. Please process these as soon as possible'

    Any other specifics on how overdue tickets should be dealt with? I have some rough ideas, just making sure I'm on the right track.

    Just my thought but...

    I'd consider an option where you can set X amount of days where if a staff member hasn't responded and the status is open, it'd be marked as "overdue". Then in the sub-nav it could show up like that new post count:
