Tickets Overdue tickets warning

    If a support staff member has a certain number of overdue tickets, then it would be really useful to display a notice to the staff member to warn them. Something like:
    of course we can easily add a notice ourselves, but this needs user criteria:
    Staff member has X overdue tickets

    And of course a definition what an overdue ticket is.
    Overdue tickets: X days after last response.

    And a few variables for notices for the number of overdue tickets and the number of people waiting.
