Can you try this out:

Style Properties -> PageNav, Link Groups and Tabs -> PageNav Container

Reduce the font size to 11px.

It's suppose to add new width after a certain amount of items I believe.

It's still a little scrunched... and it's pretty small.

Ideally, I'd like to see
[1]
[100]
[10000]
sized 'blob container' to hold any length number. Why is it set to a fixed width?

Unfortunately that's how XenForo handles it's pagenav.

Once you get to one more digit longer, it increases the width: http://xenforo.com/community/pages/pagenav-playground/

I honestly don't know of a decent work around for 4 digits and under, at 5 digits it adds an extra class which gives extra width.

You could:

Style Properties -> PageNav, Link Groups and Tabs

Increase the PageNav Link Width, only downside it'll increase it even for a single digit page nav.
