Will your styles work on my XenForo version?

We push releases out along with XenForo as we see fit. For example, at the time of this article, XenForo is currently on 1.5.14 and our styles are also on version 1.5.14. Once they release 1.5.15 if we see a reason (outdated templates) to push a style update out we will.

You'll usually never want to install a newer style version than your XenForo is on. For example, if the style version is 1.5.14 you won't want to install it on XenForo 1.5.9 as there will be conflicts. You want to be running on at least 1.5.14.

XenForo 1.x vs XenForo 2.x

XenForo 1.x styles will NOT work on XenForo 2.x and vice versa.

Do you offer refunds?
Please be sure when purchasing you have the correct product in your cart. We DO NOT give refunds for any reason. These are downloadable products, therefore once purchased we assume you have downloaded the said product and are capable of using that product.

We encourage you to use our pre-sales forums, the pre-sales section on here to get all the answers to your questions prior to purchasing. We respond as quickly as we can so we are here to help.

Can my staff get support as well?
We can add a single additional user to your license which will grant them access to the customer forum support area. Please submit a ticket to begin this process.

What is the branding?
All of our styles come with branding. It is a single link at the bottom of the page linking back to Pixel Exit. You can remove this by purchasing the Branding Removal for each product.

This does branding removal only removes our branding, it is not related to XenForo's or another third party developers branding.

Do your styles support Third Party Add-ons?
We do our best to code properly to allow our styles to work on all add-ons. On the rare occasion, a problem pops up with an add-on just start a support thread and we'll do our best to help you out.
