Prefix selector

If I hover over the thread prefix selector the "no prefix" text turns white. How do I change it?

I just tried that, and it still shows up white on hover.

Search in the ACP for titlePrefixHover and see what the text color is set to there.

It is set to @primaryMedium which is #464646.

So a few potential states:

}
.prefix.noPrefix.PopupOpen:hover {
    color: #000;
}

Ones closed hover, one is open hover.
