Can you take a screenshot of your backstretch settings so I can take a look?
Also, just as a heads up with our 2.2 release coming out here shortly, you'll be able to upload the backstretch images directly in the admin panel properties .
Just had a look, can you double-check that this file exists? It's showing a 404 not found error on that file.

No worries, with the final 2.2 versions you shouldn't need FTP anymore as well as the files will be automatically uploaded during the style archive import.
