Tickets Re-Open Ticket

    There is currently no option to re-open a ticket which is in a Closed status. Would be good to allow either on a permission basis, or staff only.

    Same goes for Locked. There is no option to Unlock a ticket.

    Actually, choosing Unassign basically sets the ticket back to Opened. Maybe the wording / description of how these respond to the ticket work flow needs to be clearer?

    The ticket starter should be able to close or reopen the ticket. That's how it works in all helpdesks.
    Locking a ticket is often done by staff in case the user becomes an annoyance.
