Remove change width icon

Hi,

I have change the default page width to 95% and if Alternate Page Width is empty, the main menu doesn't display correct.

If I set it to 95% or 0 the menu displays correct, but it also shows the icon to change the Page width

Any ideas how to remove this icon?

We had an issue with FA+ and the width, I believe it's all sorted for the next release. To remove the page width toggle just delete the value from the alternate page width (totally blank).

As at the moment it looks like a gap each side on the top nav, which wasn't there before.

As soon as 2.0.10 is releasing, they're knocking the bugs out like crazy at the moment so I hope soon. Can you go to Style Properties -> Header and navigation -> Stretch Navigation, what is this set too for you?

It is currently set to none, if I change it to any other it strech to for screen width, be in the all or just the part tell it to.
