Fixed Rich Text Editor - Editor Button Active Color [Not Working]

I've found that the Rich Text Editor's "Editor Button Active Color" isn't working in the Style Properties.

You can look in the developer tools of your browser and see that it's being over-ridden:

The color on the bottom is the one I've chosen, which is being overridden in the CSS hierarchy by the color on top.

I've scaled back our CSS so that it relies on the style properties more. Changes on those style properties should actually work now.

Fixed in 2.2.6
