Small footer bug

I'm not even sure this counts as a real bug but

Make your browser window mobile size
Click Expand Footer
Click it again to hide footer
Expand browser window to normal size

The footer doesn't come back.

Ya known, I might be able to put a fix in for it I saw it after I released however technically you wouldn't normally resize the window while browsing on a mobile.

Yeah I don't expect normal behaviour to be resizing a browser window so it's hardly a real bug.
